About the job
Answer customer questions over live chat — never phone. You pick 4-hour blocks from a weekly rota, and the first week of training is paid at full rate.
What you'll do
- Handle 3–5 concurrent live chat conversations
- Escalate billing and technical issues to the right queue
- Write short resolution notes on each ticket
Requirements
- Reliable broadband and a computer
- Typing speed of 50 wpm or better
- Able to commit to 20 hrs/week
